How can I customize the AI's behavior?
You can use Personas to change the AI's perspective and tone. For example, you can switch between an 'Academic Critic' or a 'Supportive Mentor'. Pro users can create their own custom Personas by combining different Facets (building blocks like 'Identity', 'Style', and 'Competence').
What are Facets?
Facets are the building blocks of a Persona. They define specific characteristics such as 'Identity' (who the AI is), 'Style' (how it speaks), and 'Focus' (what it prioritizes). You can create your own custom facets in the 'Manage Facets' section to fine-tune the AI's prompts.
What is the Knowledge Distillery?
The Knowledge Distillery works in the background to analyze the AI's responses. It extracts 'Knowledge Atoms'—core insights or facts—separating the signal from the noise. This allows you to build a structured database of findings without manually copying notes.
What is the Knowledge Garden?
The Knowledge Garden is where your insights grow. During your chats, the system automatically harvests Knowledge Atoms discrete, valuable pieces of information. In the Garden, these start as Seeds. You can then Root the ones you want to keep permanently or let the ones you don't need Wither away.

The Cognitive Galaxy is a dynamic, visual map of your research. It identifies core concepts and relationships from your conversations and plots them in a 3D network graph. This helps you visualize how your different topics of interest connect and evolve over time.
