This application processes user input (questions in chat) to generate a suitable chat completion output through a large language model (LLM).
Purpose: Generation and evaluation of chat completion outputs based on user input
Legal Basis: Legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR
Storage Duration: The exact wording of user inputs is not permanently stored.
1.2 For registered users (Resudy Pro)
Account Data: Email address and password (stored encrypted)
User-generated Content: AI personality profiles (personas) created by you and their characteristics (facets)
Purpose: Provision of extended functions, storage of individual AI configurations
Legal Basis: Fulfillment of contract in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR
Storage Duration: Data is stored for the duration of your membership and is immediately and completely deleted upon account closure.

4. Cookies and Session Management
For unregistered users: No cookies are used.
For registered users (Pro): Technically necessary cookies are used for authentication and session management. The storage period is a maximum of the duration of your browser session.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data:
Encryption of data transmission via HTTPS
Encrypted storage of passwords
Regular security checks
6. Deletion of User Account
You can request the deletion of your account at any time. After deletion, all personal data will be immediately and completely removed. Please send a request for account deletion to info@resudy.com or use the corresponding function in your account settings.

1. Nature of the Answers
The chat completion outputs are generated by a large language model (LLM). They serve exclusively for informational purposes and do not constitute any individual advice, for example in legal, medical, tax or personal matters. We do not guarantee the correctness, completeness or topicality of the answers provided.
2. Limitation of Liability
Use is at your own risk. We are not liable for damages of a material or immaterial nature that arise directly or indirectly from the use. Exceptions are cases of intent, gross negligence or damages resulting from injury to life, body or health.
3. Responsibility for User Questions
The input of personal data is prohibited.
Users are solely responsible for the content of their entries. The operator is not liable for illegal or offensive content.
4. Special Conditions for Pro Users
Personal Responsibility: You assume full responsibility for self-configured AI personality profiles and their responses. Through your individual settings, you can override the academic principles described on the relevant academic guidelines page.
Prohibited Content: It is prohibited to create personas that incite illegal actions, generate discriminatory or offensive content, or violate our community guidelines.
Content Moderation: We reserve the right to remove legally questionable or inappropriate personas without prior notice.
5. Registration and Account Usage
You are obliged to keep your access data secret.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
You must provide truthful information.
We reserve the right to block or delete accounts in case of violations of these terms of use.
6. Changes to the Terms of Use
We reserve the right to adapt these terms of use and privacy policy as required. Changes will be announced on this page. Please check this page regularly for updates.
